About: I can relate to and connect with athletes and coaches, and fully understand what they are trying to achieve. I'm easy to work with and always look to go the extra mile to better serve the cause or task at hand. While winning is very important, to us and those with whom we work, I also believe the skills we teach should also be applied in life as well.
Development: When player's values mirror those of the organization, they easily come to understand and fully commit to everything needed to reach their goals as well as ours. No promises are given to players to which they cannot achieve.
