    Asst. Head Coach - Earnest Brown

    College: Prairie View A&M University

    Degree: BS Community Health / HUMP

    About: I can relate to and connect with athletes and coaches, and fully understand what they are trying to achieve. I'm easy to work with and always look to go the extra mile to better serve the cause or task at hand. While winning is very important, to us and those with whom we work, I also believe the skills we teach should also be applied in life as well.

    Development: When player's values mirror those of the organization, they easily come to understand and fully commit to everything needed to reach their goals as well as ours. No promises are given to players to which they cannot achieve.

    Achievements: Coach Brown is a life long Fraternity member of Omega Psi Phi, and continues to volunteer his time for greater causes. Some of the organizations he's worked with include North Forest ISD, North Houston HS of Business, Spring ISD, Tomball ISD, the Houston Food Bank, and the Prairie View A&M Alumni Association.


    Offensive Coordinator - Ryan Quigley

    College: Western Governors University

    Degree: BS Business Management

    About: The Tomball community has been apart of me for 12 years. My kids have all grown up here and have coached various sports in the community over the same time. I love football and have a passion for the strategy of the game. I was the Bobcats first head coach, but outside of football I have held numerous leadership positions professionally and within volunteer organizations. Lead scholarship committees for Texas Water Utilities Associatin, been global runner up for Top Ops in which I was a key member and coach. I currently hold a Vice President position with the Tomball Athletic Booster Club. Professionally, have lead all sizes of staff from 5-60 to accomplish high profile and difficult water supply start ups, utility management, and consulting.

    Development: I recruit daily. Whenever I meet someone who looks like they could play football, we discuss the Bobcats. Additionally, I am proud to be apart of the organization and spread the word to everyone we meet.

    Volunteer: Ryan is also very active around the community. He holds an active role on the Tomball Athletics Booster Club, is a member of the American Water Works Association, Unternational Desalting Association, Texas Water Utilities Association (20 yrs), and has held severl positions within local athletics clubs including Tomball Little League, Tomball Redcats, and Alodia Basketball Camps.

    Defensive Coordinator - Jonathon Porchia

    College: Louisiana State University

    Degree: BS Chemical Engineering 2000-2003

    About: Ive played football since pee wee. I was on the varsity at Forest Brook from my 10th grade year to i graduated. I received first team all district 2 years and became a 4 star recruit coming out. I also ran track where we won state 3 years straight. I later went on to get the chance to play with Nick Saban at LSU from 2000-2003. After long talks i decided to join the Army in 2003. I have been active duty for 9 years, currently in the reserves, and have served oversees in five deployments.

    Development: I look to help improve or give someone who needs a second chance in life get every chance possible. I believe as a member of this organization, we have the opportunity to directly effect these men, and the young men that dare to follow.

    Career: Union Pacific Railroad, and volunteers his time to the YMCA Northeast Houston- Big Brother Mentor 2009-PRESENT

    Wide Receivers/Backs - Richard Edwards

    College: University of Houston

    Degree: BA Business 1998 / MS Education Administration 2006

    About: I have 12 years of coaching experience at several positions, I played college ball arena and minor league football prior to becoming a coach for the last four years. Over that four year span as a defensive coordinator of the Texas colts minor league football team I have not lost a regular season game in the last four years. As a defensive coordinator our defense have been ranked in the top 3 in the state of Texas for the last four years. Each year we have been in the top three in terms of points allowed, sacks, forced turnovers and interceptions.

    Development: Teach the players the winning ways and formula that I have been taught and continue to use which makes me the top D coordinator in the state. How to Prepare , game , Recognition, versatility of every defensive player. Better drills directly related to the type of elite player they need to be. Teach how to better read keys and communicate to each other , handle adversity, and Knowing and Doing their job.

    Career: Teach of Math Studies and coaches football, basketball, cross country and track & field in Pasadena ISD


    Asst. DC/Defensive Backs - Denman Watson

    College: Dillard University & Southern University of New Orleans

    Degree: BS Natural Sciences / Secondary Education 1992

    About: I have been a proud member of this organization from ground level. Through tough obstacles I have stay the course to helping improve this family. Working diligently with these coachable young men to obtain their goals in life: Success at their craft.

    Development: I will develop players by enhancing their techniques and understanding of their responsibilities to enable the team to reach its goals and vision. Team concept over self. Provide strategies and work on execution of skillsets to improve progress of organization.

    Career: Teach of Math Studies and football coach in Cy-Fair ISD

    General Manager - Bullet Fenske

    About: Bullet has been a supporter of the Bobcats beginning day one. He participated and helped the Tomball HS Alumni team defeat the Katy-Meade Creek Alumni team in 2013 following up to the first inaugural season for the Bobcats. Prior to this experience he played at the semi-pro level for eight years.

    Development: Over the past four years with the Bobcats, Bullet contributed on the field, the sidelines, and in late 2015 moved into a General Managing role. As GM, Bullet has dedicated his time and efforts into propelling the Bobcats brand into view for any and all potential players looking to better themselves, and a solid organization to provide the opportunity.

    Volunteer: Bullet not only maintains a pivotal role on the Bobcats staff, he also represents as a board member, and in the off-season has dedicated his time as a volunteer coach for the Tomball Redcats.

    Team Announcer - John Tully

    College: St Francis College

    Degree: BS IT & Communication

    About: I was a Team Captain in high school, a team captain for the rugby team and won a college title... I was VP of the leadership council as voted by my teammates, as well as several managing positions for various employers. I taught swimming in high school and coached a pee wee football team in New Jersey.

    Development: I've always been a team player. I've been watching, playing, or coaching football in some form or fashion for well over 20 years, and I played OL for an undefeated, conference winning collegiate football team as well as prop for my college rugby team that won a championship against Rutgers. I am very well versed in public speaking as enteraining the masses, and hope to use my talents to enlighten the crowds during the Bobcats competitive play.

    Goals: Our goals are to generate community entertainment and support, and in turn seek to maintain the support of our sponsors, gain new ones, and grow the fan base/viewership through all available avenues.




Special Teams

the front office

The Bobcats coaches, staff, and board members (AKA the "Front Office") oversee the overall execution of the organization’s mission. Principally, the coaches and staff manage operational tasks. Whereas the Board manages organizational finances and sets long term priorities. Additionally, the founding members and Board oversees the Head Coach, who is responsible for day-to-day management of the program. Overall, the members of the "Front Office" contribute the development, management, technical, and financial skills needed to ensure long term organizational stability and ensure year-to-year performance excellence of the organization.
