Purpose
The Tomball Bobcats amateur football club is an incorporated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on providing young adult athletes
and other members of the community the opportunity to participate in organized competitive football events. We exist to facilitate
sporting opportunities for our members and general public of our community. Our members are comprised of young adult athletes, and
our organization is driven mainly by the efforts of our volunteer coaches and administrative staff. We are funded primarily by our
members, but also receive support from select sponsors and donors which assist in the administration, training, and additional opportunities
to give back to those we support, like our local youth sports programs among others.
As a member of the Tomball community and president of Tomball Redcat Football Club and Sophistikat Drill Team I enthusiastically support
Bobcat football. They have bridged an important gap in our community allowing both former Recats and Cougars to continue their
passion for football and giving back to our kids. Many Bobcats serve as coaches and are role models in the community. We are proud
to support them.
{Carl Monrad- Redcats Youth Football President}
It is the mission of our organization to represent the community of Tomball with the utmost character in our players, coaches, and supporting
staff. Commitment, discipline, and sacrifice are the tools we use that continue to grow our successful program. We are dedicated to
generating a high community fan base by producing great exposure for the city of Tomball within the league, community outreach and
support, and producing a fun, clean, enjoyable game atmosphere.
vision
- The vision of our organization is to represent the Tomball community within the Texas United Football Association (TUFA) AAA Football
League by providing young talented athletes the opportunity to play the great game of football, with the ultimate goal of supporting
local youth programs as a contributing member through sponsorship and volunteering toward the success of the participating youth.
- To realize any vision requires a strong foundation for it to develop. The product of any sports organization is the benefit of its
supporters; be they members, fans or sponsors. We believe the ability to generate that success is through the support and commitment
of our volunteer administration and coaches along active participation from our members, fans and sponsors. To succeed off the
field, we'll continually seek opportunities for community involvement that exemplify the Tomball Bobcats organization and their
supporters. To succeed on the field, we'll focus recruiting efforts on players not only for talent, but for character and values
– They are what makes this team great!

History
- 2014- Tomball Bobcats inaugural season. Season record ended 1-9, but as a first year team they were gaining ground
and building for the next year.
- 2015- Build they did. By starting off the season with 7 straight wins and only losing two games throughout, they ran
head strong into the post season! The first appearance in the playoffs began with a 49-0 against the Austin City Cowboys. The Bobcats
would advance to Round 2 where they would face the Texas Colts, the third time that season, but would not prevail. With a Season
2 record of 7-3 the Bobcats looked forward to carrying that momentum into season three.
- 2016- Season 3 was another successful run into the post season. With a season record of 8-2, the Tomball Bobcats toppled
area rival Texas Crusaders to see Round 2 where they met the Texas Xtreme of Austin, TX. A tough game ended early in the 4th Qtr
due to inclement weather, but was finalized prior to the Conference Championship game the following weekend. The Texas Xtreme would
hold on to the lead and end the 2016 season for the Bobcats.
- 2017- This season the team experienced a good amount of injuries that contributed considerably to the Bobcats less than average output with a season record ended below .500 at 3-7. This would prevent to the Bobcats from finding the post-season.
- 2018- The Bobcats bounced back with a vengence this season ending with a record of 7-3, but would ultimately fail to overcome the second round post season hurdle yet again. With a strong history and solid roster comprised of talented seasoned veterans, you just might want to keep your eyes on Tomball in 2019!
